The Terraces at Seacrest Village in Little Egg Harbor has introduced Journeys Memory Care, an innovative, person-centered memory care neighborhood model designed to enhance quality of life for residents living with dementia. Developed by memory care experts and supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, the program features rigorous standards for evidence-based care, staff education, life enrichment, and dining. Journeys supports residents’ physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs while promoting independence in a safe, secure environment. The community also offers advanced engagement technologies and recently welcomed a new wellness director to further strengthen personalized care delivery.
